A folder looks empty
Check that the chat was moved to this folder rather than another with a similar name.
Look in the main chat list and move the intended conversation again if needed.
Use folders beside Saved Chats to organise conversations. Chat folders organise your discussion history; they are separate from folders used for files in Resources.
In the Chat navigation, use the create-folder control in Folders. Enter a short Folder Name that describes the work, such as “Year 6 science”, then create the folder. Check that its name appears in the folder list.
Open the action menu for the conversation and choose Move to folder. Select the destination, then open that folder to check that the conversation appears there. Read the chat title before moving it if several conversations look similar.
Expand or open the folder and select the chat you want. Its conversation opens for you to read or continue. Moving a conversation into a folder does not turn its responses into Resources files.
Use the folder rename action to change its name and save the change. To keep a chat but take it out of the folder, use Remove from folder from the chat’s actions; check the main chat list afterwards.
If you no longer need a folder, choose its delete action and read the folder name and confirmation before proceeding. The folder confirmation says its chats move back to the main chat list. Deleting an individual chat is a different action with its own permanent-deletion warning.
Your conversations are grouped where you expect, and you can distinguish removing a folder from deleting a chat.
