A teacher cannot find a school resource
Check its location, upload result and whether it remains in School Resources.
Confirm the teacher’s school access and ask support if the item remains missing.
Use Education System for the school’s stages and levels, and School Resources for documents teachers should be able to find.
You need school administrator access. Agree changes to shared structures and resources with the people who use them.
Confirm the school in the administrator workspace. Decide whether you are changing its education structure or managing shared files; these are separate areas.
Open Education System. Use Add a stage or Add a level for the missing part of the structure, or edit the appropriate existing item. Check names and ordering before saving changes.
Read the confirmation before using Change template, Reset or Delete. These affect the school’s structure, so coordinate with colleagues before replacing or removing entries. Do not use reset as a routine way to correct one label.
Open School Resources. Use New folder to create a clear location or Upload file to add the intended document. Give resources recognisable names, then use Details to check their location and description.
Confirm the resource appears in the expected school location and ask an appropriate teacher to check access when needed. Use Edit for available resource details. Read the Delete confirmation before removing an item teachers may still rely on.
The school structure and shared resource locations reflect the changes you intended.
