Sign-in succeeds but the workspace is wrong
Check which email or Google account completed sign-in.
Use your intended school account or ask an administrator to check its school association.
Check the account, sign-in method and message on the page first. This will help you recover access without changing the wrong account.
Use the TopSchool address supplied by your school and check the email account you intend to use. A personal Google account and a school Google account may lead to different access.
If you usually sign in with Google, select the approved school Google account. If you use an email and password, check the email spelling and avoid repeatedly submitting an old saved password.
Read the message shown rather than treating every failure as a password problem. Complete an invitation or email-verification step if that is what the page requests.
Choose Forgot password if you use a TopSchool password and no longer know it. Complete the email reset and sign in again with the new password.
If the correct credentials still do not open the expected school, ask your school administrator to check the account and role. You can also email hello@topschool.ai with your school name, account email, the exact error, the time of the attempt and the checks you completed. Never send passwords, reset links, verification codes or student records.
You have followed the recovery route for the actual sign-in problem or supplied useful details for an access check.
