Connection succeeds but the file is missing
Check the current Drive folder, file permissions and whether you selected Import.
Locate and import the intended item, then check the library result.
Check the account, connection and file permissions without re-importing work unnecessarily.
A connection error means TopSchool cannot use the Google connection. A file-list error means browsing failed. A restricted file or partial import concerns particular items. Start with the message shown, rather than disconnecting immediately.
Read Connected account in the Google Drive area. Confirm that it has access to the files you need. If you are browsing a folder, remember that its search applies to that folder; check the location before treating a file as missing.
If an item says it is restricted by the file owner, ask the owner for the appropriate access. A file that was removed from Drive or is no longer accessible may not resync. Reconnecting the same account will not override a file-owner restriction.
When Reconnect is shown, select it and complete Google sign-in and consent for the intended account. Check the account email after returning. If authorisation is blocked, use your school’s normal route for help with its Google account policies.
Read which items succeeded and failed, then inspect My Library. Import only the material still needed or use Resync for imported material. Check the updated file rather than assuming the whole operation succeeded from a single success message.
Note whether the failure is connecting, listing files, importing or resyncing. Send support the exact message and a sanitised screenshot. Do not send passwords or Google authorisation codes. Disconnecting leaves previously imported library files in TopSchool; it is not an import-cleanup action.
You have checked the relevant account and file conditions and know what to include in an unresolved support request.
