Your password is not accepted
Check the email address and whether this account normally uses a password or Google.
If you have forgotten the password for a password-based account, use the Reset your password guide.
Open your school’s TopSchool sign-in page and use the email address connected to your account. If you have been sent an invitation, start with the instructions in that message so you reach the right workspace.
Use your school’s TopSchool link or your existing bookmark. On a page that offers teacher and student choices, choose the teacher route for your teaching account. A student access code is not a teacher password.
For email-and-password sign-in, enter the email address used for your TopSchool account and your password. Check for accidental spaces if you pasted the email address. Use the password visibility control if you need to check what you typed and it is appropriate to do so on your screen.
If your sign-in page offers Google and that is how you access TopSchool, choose the Google control and select the correct school account. Having several Google accounts open can make it easy to choose a personal account by mistake.
Submit the sign-in form and allow the next page to load. If a message appears instead, read it before trying again. A password-reset request is useful for a forgotten password; it does not resolve every account or school-access problem.
Look at your account details and the teaching areas available to you. If the school or access looks wrong, contact your school’s TopSchool administrator or support with the email address you used and a description of the problem. Do not send your password.
