Check that you are in the correct class and signed in with the expected school account.
Ask the class lead or school administrator to check your class permissions.
Keep class details and context current so you and your colleagues can recognise the class and provide PLAI with useful teaching information.
Editing depends on your role in the class. A colleague’s access may differ from yours.
Find the class in Classes & Students and open its details. Check the class name and academic year before choosing the available edit action.
Correct the class name, subject, grade or level and description in the fields you can edit. Use the school’s naming conventions so colleagues can find the class easily.
Remove instructions that no longer apply and add the current curriculum focus or learning needs. Clear, specific context is more useful than a long collection of unrelated notes.
Review the resources associated with the class. Add relevant material through the available resource controls and check the selected files before saving. Removing a reference and deleting a file are different actions; read the confirmation before removing anything.
Use the save or confirmation action in the editor, wait for success, and reopen the class details. Check your changes there. When starting a chat, also check that this class is selected as the teaching context.
The saved class details show your updated teaching information.
