A course is missing
Check the connected Google account and clear the course search.
Switch to the correct account. If the course still does not appear, ask your school’s Google administrator to check access.
Connect the Google account you use to teach those classes, choose the classes to import, then check the resulting TopSchool rosters.
Google Classroom import must be available in your school workspace, and you need access to the courses in Google.
From the class area, open the Google Classroom option and choose Connect if a connection is needed. Use the Google account associated with the classes you teach.
Complete Google’s sign-in and permission screens. Back in TopSchool, check the connected account shown in the import dialogue. Use Switch account if it is not the intended one.
Search the available courses and select the classes you need. Check any Already imported label before selecting a course again. Choose Import and wait for the operation to finish.
Open the resulting TopSchool classes and review their names and rosters. Read any reported import issues rather than assuming every selected class finished successfully.
Use Refresh Google Classroom roster when you need to bring in roster changes. Select the linked classes, run the refresh, and inspect the result. A manual refresh is a separate action from the original import.
The intended Google Classroom classes are available in TopSchool, and you have checked their imported rosters.
Check the connected Google account and clear the course search.
